Re: XP Media edtion

>> What does "Media Edition" mean ?? <<

"Media Edition" refers to windows operating system "extensions" which
allows the computer to easily access and control media related functions
such as TV, Video DVD, Audio, etc.

Here's a starting point for more information;

<http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/mediacenter/default.mspx>

Hope this helps,

RE: Windows XP 2005 Tablet PC Media edition

The Windows XP 2005 Tablet PC Edition was only available through OEMs and
SystemBuilder channels.

There is no "boxed copy" available. It is only available as an "OEM Media"
pack that had to be purchased together with hardware.
