if i use cd i lose orginal files. ever 2 weeks system 32 crashes. i have
tryed the cd before and had to have hard drive replaced. i still have this
problem. not sure what to try next. Gateway is at a lose too. i have done
every thing they had. this is the xcrx 210 . starts with restoring run.32.dll
fails and then more. when it crashs i can't even get in to safe mode. i would
love to fix this once and for all if i can. i hope some one can help me

Sounds like you need to do a full system reinstall. I would contact your
support section from the manufacturer and as them to walk you through using
the recovery media which came with your unit.
