Does anyone know if there is a slate tablet ( ie no keyboard)
available with a screen size bigger that 12.1?

Not a standalone that I know of. But Wacom just came out with a 21" external
display + digitizer combo that will work with Vista's Tablet PC feature set.

Thankyou, but I am looking for a portable device, so not quite what I
am looking for.
