The clock of my iPAQ rx5770 doesn't work anymore

I noticed that the clock on my iPAQ rx5770 didn't show the correct time and date. So I updated them, the new settings were accepted and displayed, but stayed at this value. What can I do? I made a soft reset but the problem remains.
