| Ink not working? Hi, I recently got a Bamboo Wacom pen+tablet. Everything just went fine until a few weeks ago, when I could use the pen as a mouse but the drawing part didn't work. I have uninstalled drivers, reinstalled, installed the latest drivers and nothing :( I have Vista x64 pro, Office 2007 (both in Spanish). In Spanish when I try to configure about the handwriting it says "There is an ink problem" basically. Any insight?? |

I've a different model Wacom tablet, Vista 64-bit and English. Going by the driver installation instructions try deleting the preference file(s) to restore defaults if you haven't already: "Start > All Programs > Wacom Tablet > Tablet Preference File Utility" Otherwise I don't know, but perhaps try the Wacom FAQs too. -- Rom |
