R2H Origami BIOS setup

Hi

I'd like to boot my R2H ultra mobile pc (Asus Origami) from
a USB flash memory stick, but cannot manage to enter BIOS setup.

The keyboard works fine, and I think it's supposed to be F2 at boot,
but never managed to do it... usual F10, <del> etc. don't seem to work
either.

Anyone had better luck ?

Don't know that at all, but a couple of suggestions...

If there is a <pause> key, hit that on the initial screens and see if
there is a clue anywhere as to the key to use.

<del> is also used by many bio's as the trigger.

Check the utilities when you are in the windows interface... some
computers have options to access the bios settings from there.

Finally hit the oem's website, faq's and forums.

Re: R2H Origami BIOS setup

While I doubt Asus would design a device that couldn't enter BIOS, I have
seen some computers, such as my HP media center, that will not go into BIOS
with a USB keyboard if you turn off the legacy usb support.

Re: R2H Origami BIOS setup

Thanks Josh and Beverly.
Well, all that I already tried.

I'll look at the CD that comes with the R2H
Actually, one could fit a CD drive in the Origamis,
it's 1cm larger that a CD ;-)
