Pen hovering, not clicking

Hey all

this is the second time this has happened and restarting doesn't seem to be solving it this time

When I use my pen, it is recognized, since it still highlights when I hover over a link, shortcut or button. But it will not click, no matter what I do.

I have single clicking set up

I am running a beta of SP2, maybe a bug?

Lori

Re: Pen hovering, not clicking

Which drivers are you running, Lori? Wacom just issued a newer, XPSP2-aware
4.79-4(RC) driver which you might try:
http://www.wacom.com/tabletpc/driver.cfm So far, it is looking pretty good
here.

BTW - When you run into these issues, please use the desktop icon to file
bug reports to the Tablet PC Team at Microsoft. Include system information
with your report, too, so they can reproduce the problems.

Re: Pen hovering, not clicking

Thank you Chris, well I did a quick system restore and it was still there so it must be a driver/hardware issue not an SP2 issue

hopfeully the new driver will help and I won't have to contact the manufacturer
