Cannot remove English(US)

Hello,

I am installing Windows XP Pro Tablet Ed SP2 with MUI fo XP and MUI
for Tablet PC in multilingual environment.

I am adding two additional languages:

English (Canada) with US keyboard
French (Canada) with Canadian French Keyboard

I am setting English (Canada) as default after that and reboot the
laptop.
After that I am trying to delete English (US). It is deleted
successfully.
Reboot.
Now if I am going to language panel I can see two languages: English
(Canada) and French (Canada) but in Control Panel I surprisingly can
see
English (US) again!

I am opening Notepad and starting to type switching languages. After
that
English (US) reappears in Language Panel too.

Any suggestions how I can remove English (US) complitely will be
really
appreciated.

an additional note - everything works as expected on non-Tablet
version of
XP. And everything works fine as expected on Tablet PC with advanced
Text Services disabled. :(

Thank you,

-Alex

Re: Cannot remove English(US)

I have the same problem though I'm using Tablet PC edition without MUI, just between versions of English. English-US won't go away. This wouldn't be a problem except that it means Word will switch into English-US seemingly at random, messing up spell checking. Also I want to the input language as English-Ireland as it recognizes my handwriting significantly better.

It looks like this is perfectly possible, but whenever I reboot English-US reappears.
