If you want Hexic or some of the PowerToys they are available as described

I don't know about other parts of the Education Pack, but in Vista there is
also the Experience Pack

and Ink Desktop

Vista Ultimate has the Ultimate Extras which to date includes the BitLocker
and EFS enhancements, Hold Em Poker Game and Windows DreamScene. I believe
other projects are in the stream for Extras.
