THE ADDRESS (URL) BUTTON ON MY IE IS INACTIVE IT APPEARS AS A BUTTON ONLY I CAN'T INSERT ANY URL IN MY INTERNET EXPLORER (IE) BROWSER (V6).

Right-click the Toolbar and select Unlock. Then drag the vertical :::::
line next to "Address" left or right.
