How to synchronize a small TabletPC notebook to a desktop like a PocketPC to a desktop?

Dear friends:

I bought a little and small Notebook to replace my old HandheldPC
running Windows CE. The idea is to have the same benefits as the old
WinCE machine, but running Windows XP.

How to synchronize a small notebook to a desktop like a PocketPC to a
desktop?

Are there products to do that, similar to Microsoft ActiveSync?

Any hint?

Thanks

Dear friends:

How to synchronize a small notebook to a desktop like a PocketPC to a
desktop?

A notebook, desktop and Tablet are functionally the same in this respect. So
synchronizing a Tablet with a desktop is just like synchronizing two
desktops. For the case of synchronizing Outlook PST files see
