| looking for dream port replicator Group, I can't seem to find the "ideal" port replicator. I have a Fujitsu T3010 TPC and I need to have a port replicator to simplify my life. I do not want the Fujitsu docking station because that design basically locks the location of the TPC very similar to the traditional notebook application. Here is my design objective. I want to have all my peripherals connected to the replicator and then simply conect to my TPC by USB 2.0. That way, I could have my TPC in tablet mode sitting next to me for taking notes etc, while using keyboard and monitor in front of me for traditional work. Then when on the move, simply unplug the USB connector and AC power. OK, sounds simple, but so far I have not found a port replicator that has all the connections that I need. Here is what I need: VGA serial port 2 powered USB 2.0 and backward compatible with v1.1 2 PS/2 (to connect my wireless keyboard and mouse receiver) LAN for connection to WLAN router If anyone has any ideas, it would be very helpful. Thanks much. Danno |
