Digital Pen

I was wondering if there is a software, backed by Micorsoft, that allows the
user to use the digital pen like a pen on paper on a web site. To be more
precise: I would like to know how to write on a webpage using my digital
pen, as if the webpage was a paper, and still have the liberty of surfing
freely as I see fit

Re: Digital Pen

Do you have Windows Vista? If so, there is a "snipping tool" built in that
allows you to do that with anything on the screen, not just web pages. It's
under Start -> Programs -> Accessories.

If you're using Windows XP you can download the snipping tool for free at

RE: Digital Pen

There was an application called IE Ink, but the web site is under constuction.
It seems the trail version is available, so that you can use it.
Requirement: Windows XP Tablet PC Edition.
.Net Framework 1.1
