I have a CX-2610 Gateway tablet-pc; last December the hardrive crashed -
under warrenty - got repaired. But now i noticed the screen rotation does not
work. I get a alert message that says;
"The setting you requested cannot be supported. Open Display in Control
Panel, adjust the settings, and then try to change orientation again."
the default settings are at 1028 by 768 at 32 bit. I change to lower
resolution but still does not work. Should there be a higer resolution
available?

You should go to Gateway and see if there is a newer video driver.

If there is not, Call Gateway tech support. If Gateway tech support is no
help to you. Backup your data, and do a system restore from CD or whatever
method Gateway has for you to do a system retore
