Screen no longer works with pen
For some reason my screen does not recognise the pen or anything else pointing at it. When I turn on I get a erro where it cant find sbdrv.sys and wsbklite.sys Help

I have had this problem. At one point it resulted in Gateway replacing my screen.
At other points, it was necessary to disable the Human Interface Device driver for the Wacom Serial Pen Tablet.
Then REBOOT, and ennable the driver. Recognition worked again and everything was fine.
I don't know why this particular driver causes problems, but I notice when ink recognition gets bad occasionally this fixes it.
Find this driver under device manager.
