Can the English version of Vista Business recognize both Korean and English
handwriting?
It seems like MUI is only supported in Enterprise of Ultimate.
Is that what's necessary to have the handwriting recognition, or will Vista
Business do the job?

Hi Dave,

Yes, you can use the English version of Windows Vista Business for Korean
handwriting recognition. You just need add the Korean input language.

This Help topic tells you how to add an input language.

After you add the language, you can use the language picker on Tablet PC
Input Panel to pick which language you want to write in.

tells you the same thing that I just told you, but it also shows what the
language bar looks like if you're having trouble seeing it.

By the way, handwriting recognition is currently available for English,
Japanese, Chinese (Traditional), Chinese (Simplified), Korean, German,
French, Italian, Dutch, Spanish, and Portuguese (Brazil). You can add any of
them by following these same instructions.
