| BT headset and Fujitsu T3010D?? The T3010D doesn't have built-in BT. What would I need to do to config the 3010 with BT (i.e. compact flash card) so that I could use a BT headset (Jabra BT250)? I understand in general that a computer must support the Bluetooth handsfree or headset profile in order for the headset to work, but not sure exactly how that is accomplished. I will also use the BT card for phone sync'ing and GPRS Internet connections. Appreciate the group's ideas. Dan |

| Re: BT headset and Fujitsu T3010D?? I have been able to set up my desktop with the Belkin USB Bluetooth adapter (Part # F8T001 ) which came with Widcomm software providing, among others, a headset profile. So I am able to use a Plantronics 1500 bluetooth headset to connect with my desktop. I use this for pc-telephone to make voip calls from my pc to landline phones.. I think the important part is to make sure the bluetooth device you buy (be it a usb adapter or CF card) supports the headset profile. On a side note, I am currently considering buying a T3010D, but am a bit concerned about the size/weight. How do you like it so far? Is it too bulky for tablet use? | Re: BT headset and Fujitsu T3010D?? John, Thanks for your info on BT cards/USB adapter. I currently have a Socket BT CF Card (used on old Dell) and I don't think it has headset profile but I have to verify. I want to configure as you have yours, sounds good. Regarding the T3010, I can't comment, I just purchased one that I will get in a week. I have been looking into TPCs for 4 months and am excited to finally have pulled the trigger. Regarding weight and size. For me, 10" was too small and I felt 14" was too big. So, my goal became <=4lbs. I needed convertible design, because I have been using a laptop for 6 years (ONLY) and can't leap directly to slate. The smallest laptop I have owned was 5 lbs and I thought it was very small/light and I think the Fujitsu will be similar (better). Thanks again on BT info.
