When I go to the windows update page, I keep getting the same patches needed for my computer even though they have been installed already. Also if I open the System Configuration Utility, it closes by itself after 5 or 10 seconds. Can somebody help me.

Raul, next time you go to the Windows Update site, take a look at the Help
information link in the left panel. Receiving the same updates over and
over is a problem which is solved by following the instructions on the WU
site. It isn't Tablet PC related - I've had it happen on my desktop before.

As for your configuration utility closing by itself, when was the last time
you ran a thorough check on the system with your anti-virus? Would you do
that, and also use something like AdAware to check for Trojans?
