I work out of a small private company that sells and distributes computer software and hardware. Through all the problems with troubleshooting and repairing, the tablet PC has to be one of the most frustrating. My company has only purchased three Tablet PC's and the company TC is working fine. Although we have a customer that keeps experiencing difficulty with bugs and errors. The first TC was returned to us due to a problem arising with the pen. Now, The power on the second (Replacment) fails to stay on for longer than 2 seconds before turning the computer off. I have done all that I believe I could do as far as technical support over the phone, but still am at a loss on why this is happening. If there is anyone that has experienced this problem before or is aware of ony developments on how to remidy this situation I would like to hear from you ASAP... Thank you for your patience. DN
