Display brightness on TC1100

does anyone know if there is a way to change display brightness in the
registry? Has anyone been successful in some other method to change
brightness? For some reason, after the Vista install brightness decreased.

All other drivers work with Vista and I am happy except for display. too bad
intel won't provide a video driver update and hp no bios update.

Have you played with the Power Management settings at all? Tweaking them
from powered and battery to a custom setting might possibly help.

Re: Display brightness on TC1100

Thanks Terri, great idea but no success. Brightness steps down on battery.
this is apparently a video driver issue. I have found several tablet websites
that discuss the problem but no one seems to have overcome it. bummer
