Gateway tablet (M275) mouse problem

My cursor spontaneously jumps to the center (bottom) of the screen
when I use the tablet connected to a port replicator. I have tried;
different mice, connecting to all three of the USB prots on the
replicator, both of my power supplies. Gateway sent me a different
port replicator (no better). I have loaded updated logitech drivers
(no difference). I have even tried anti-static mats under both the
mouse and tablet. The mouse works fine when I use the tablet by it's
self. Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

Re: Gateway tablet (M275) mouse problem

After much playing around I have discovered that the cursor problem
goes away by having the screen on the M275 Tablet 'open'. I have
spoken with Gateway and they have a number of users reporting the same
symptoms and are looking at it. We should expect a solution soon ;-).

Thanks for the feedback, Jim. It's always nice to know that there's a
solution being worked on in case anyone else reports the problem.
