| Offline data store for Tablet PC App Hi We are working on developing an application for Palm OS based device wherein backend database is Oracle and the device database is UltraLite. A synchronization happens when the device is connected this downloads/uploads the data on the device. Now even when the device is diconnected, the data downloaded is accessible to application. This can be modified/deleted. These changes will get reflected in the backend database when the device is connected again. My question is, do we have some way of developing a similar application for tablet PC also. Application can be developed in .NET, VB, VC++ but how do we provide online/offline support. Is there something smiliar to Ultralite for Tablet PC also which provides RDBMS capabilities. Please let me know if any clarification is required. Any help/pointers are welcome. Thanks ManojM |
