| Ctrl+Alt+Del with On-screen Keyboard I have a unique situation. I have a touch screen desktop computer that does not have an attached keyboard. I installed Tablet PC to get the on-screen keyboard. Everything I need works perfectly EXCEPT the CTRL+ALT+DEL. I get the message to use the security button. I don't have a security button. I was thinking of using 3rd party on-screen keyboards but then how do I sign on? The 3rd party keyboards don't start until after login. HELP!! :-) Ron |

| Re: Ctrl+Alt+Del with On-screen Keyboard There should be a policy option to not require control alt delete at logon. try changing (or adding) dword: DisableCAD=1 under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon Generally not a preferred solution, but it should get rid of the keyboard requirement. | Re: Ctrl+Alt+Del with On-screen Keyboard it's not a tablet. it's a regular desktop with a touchscreen.
