Font type in rtf wordpad documents?

When i try to change the font type in wordpad documents i can't seem to get
it to work? I like to change to the tahoma font and bold plus increase size
but nothing changes. In notepad and windows mail it works fine

RE: Font type in rtf wordpad documents?

If you mean that Wordpad doesn't remember your font choice after closing it,
and then starting a new session, you're right (unlike Notepad and Mail, which
do remember your choices). I've noticed that Wordpad in XP doesn't do this
either.

You can overcome that by saving an .rtf text file that contains one
character (perhaps a . period) with the font that you want.

Creative a shortcut to that file and use it to open the program, instead
of the normal WP start. Type your new stuff, then save it by a new name.
