As I understand it, when you buy Vista you get both versions. Your licence
can be used to install one copy of either 23-bit or 64-bit.

Vista 32 bit will come on one dvd and all versions will be on it.
Whatever "version"you pay for will have the number to type in when
installing and that decides what version is installed.
Same goes for All 64 bit versions.
But MS may end up putting both DVD's in one box.
