The manufacturers website would be the best source to get the drivers from.
Which platfrom are you running, Vista 32 or 64 bit?

Re: US Robotics USR5410

US Robotics has said that they will not support Vista with this model.

However some people have had luck doing the following (got this from the
DSLReports forums):

Use the Microcom WF-3124 drivers with Vista for the USR 5416 (the 5410 is
similar). They have the latest TI driver (7.0.1.33), which is newer than the
newest USR driver (6.0.1.6).

The only thing is you have to edit the Microcom INF (TNET1130.INF) in order
to get it to install on Vista with the USR 5416. In this section of the INF;

;For WinXP
[TexasInstruments.NT.5.1]

delete

"&SUBSYS_--------"

from each of the five lines.

Download the driver at

i got it to work using this
http://www.linuxant.com/driverloader/drivers.php?PHPSESSID=cae9e456bb4a45608f3e98838f4beb24
that works the one posted above does not work at all. this is the generic
drivers for the chipsets for 8400 5140 5146 and it works under rc1 hopefully
windows wont change something to break it for those of use whose manufacuters
drops a product and force you to buy something new just because they can :(
anyhoo this worked for me i am using it in zero mode and its finding my
router at 100mbs not bad
