| Dell Inspiron E1505 Internet Explorer BSOD I have a Dell Inspiron E1505 notebook and I continually get a BSOD when running Internet Explorer. It doesn't happen right away and I can never tell when it's going to happen, but if I open enough tabbed windows in Internet Explorer, I can guarantee it's going to happen. I already updated my ATI display driver and that did NOT fix the issue. I'm running RC1 build 5600 and I've read that some of the E1505 issues were fixed in a new build in the 5700 range. Is there an easy way to fix this BSOD issue? |

| Re: Dell Inspiron E1505 Internet Explorer BSOD You try two things, click Start > All Problems > Maintenace > Problem Reports and Solutions > View Problem History > see if there any listed issues relating IE. Its possible you could have a incompatible ActiveX installed such as the Sun Java Console. Next check the Event Viewer in Administrative Tools (Control Panel) to see if there are any error messages that occurr on startup. Post back here for further diagnosis. -- Andre Extended64 | http://www.extended64.com Blog | http://www.extended64.com/blogs/andre http://spaces.msn.com/members/adacosta "Dennis Hartmann" <Dennis Hartmann@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:CA3D69F8-A069-4466-A8CC-9832441AFED1@microsoft.com... > I have a Dell Inspiron E1505 notebook and I continually get a BSOD when > running Internet Explorer.
