Sync my smartphone - Technology Questions

Sync my smartphone

I run Vista RC2 build 5744, I installed Mobile Device beta 3, the PC's sees
the smartphone as a partnetship for sync with files and music not for sync
with otlook.
The smartphone runs on mobile5 = Qtek8310.
Does someone know how to set this straight ??
