Taskbar on top = blurred

Here just playing around I found out that Vista taskbar seems to have a
little issue. When you move the taskbar around your desktop and place it on
the top of your screen the Aero glass will act wierd. There is a blurred
pane under it.

I have RC1 5600 - no issue!!! :)

Same issue here (RC2) until after the first reboot. Apparently the
auto-healing service is working as designed.

I have build 5744, and it's gone after the screensaver came in, untill the
next reboot, it's back again.
