Unable to install Windows Live Messenger

When I try to install Windows Live Messenger, the following message appears :
"Unable to install Service Messenger Sharing USN Journal Reader (usnsvc)"
and program ask me to verify that I have suffisant privileges to install
system services.
I am administrator of my computer and I try to run setup as administrator
with the same result.
Note that I have an "access denied" message when I try to install Acrobat
Reader ...
