Blue screen

Hi there,

I've been experiencing blue screens ever since I've installed a 2nd monitor
on my ATI Radeon X1300. Initially it didn't happen..and then when I've
updated the drivers, it occurred every single time if I have the 2nd monitor
plugged in. So I rolled back to the drivers that Windows originally
recognized..but now it happens to the Windows drivers as well though not all
the time. If I enter the password and login quick enough, sometimes I will be
lucky. If I just leave it at the login screen, the blue screen will
eventually appear.

The error states that the system has detected an error with win32k.sys and
then then the memory dump occurs. Details of the blue screen I will post
later as I seem to have lost my notebook. What should I do?

Thanks,
Teren

Re: Blue screen

Could you post your minidump file? It's in %systemroot%\minidump and the
file name will similar to this: Mini040207-01.dmp (mini, the date of the
crash, the crash number ie 1st, 2nd, etc)
