| Adobe Flash 9 Windows Vista Home Premium Having followed the uninstall links provided in this discussion group and installed the newest adobe flash 9 version, I was only able to get flash sites to work by turning of user active controls (UAC). Therefore my new laptop does not utilize the protection that Vista proposes to offer its users. Either you enjoy flash sites or you receive protection. For additional information, this problem only exists on the administrator profile on the laptop. The one other user profile runs flash 9 perfectly well. I believe that there must be a particular security setting that blocks the functionality of Adobe Flash 9 (latest version and subversion) from running correctly. Anyone with a solution to this problem? |
