Problem with WebCam in Pavilion dv2000 - visata

I am facing a strange problem with my HP Pavilion dv2221 notebook. When i
login Yahoo or Skype and use my inbuit webcam it works fine, but when i
logout and login again the webcam does not work, states that it is already
being used.

Any clue whether it is vista or laptop probem
