Windows Vista Ultimate Unexpected Shutdowns

Hi,
I have a new HP Intel Core 2 Duo 2.66 Ghz, 4Gb, NVIDIA 7500 LE, with 250GB
RAID 1 deskside computer driving a 22 inch widescreen LCD monitor. When
watching a YouTube music video or watching video in Windows Media Center I
frequently receive system shutdowns. I received the computer about 2 weeks
ago. Any thoughts on root cause? Some of the threads talk about not finished
graphics drivers from NVIDIA as the culprit. Thanks for any help. If it is
the graphics driver how do I tell whether I have the latest version, in other
words is it worth to turn off Norton anit-virus and de-install my present
driver before downloading from NVIDIA's website.
Thanks,
Vincent

Re: Windows Vista Ultimate Unexpected Shutdowns

Return it for repair or replacement. A two week old computer should not
behave like this.
