Justin was at the nearest duck pond trying to see if he could drown
another duck if he de-oiled it. Another thread... LOL!

And in that statement you demonstrate your ignorance. Just because you
don't have problems doesn't mean the next guy won't. That's what is
really wrong the so many that post here. They are foolish enough to
jump to the conclusion that if they don't have a problem doing a
specfic task, then nobody else should. What a simplistic view.

That's like two guys living in the same city. One guy says hey, it is
raining. You open the door and it isn't raining by you. So you say oh,
that other guy must be nuts. Children. There are so many children that
act out in this newsgroup.

Re: My response to Richards Urban, Urban legend....

now your problem FINALLY comes to light.
you use MS update site for software other than microsoft's.
DUMB.

"jim kirk" <11@11.11> wrote in message news:e5a%23W8%23bHHA.2300@TK2MSFTNGP06.phx.gbl...
Nope... you have to install messenger...

send or recieve a wink, Live messenger then prompts you to install flash,
then go to the MS site to
install the flash player from there,

THEN you will have the flash trouble...

Since live messenger is flat on the start menu and even on the welcome
center... this is a common problem

I have been monitoring various sources on this problem
....for a looonngg time

You can always ask MVP jonathan Key from the live messenger newsgroup. He is
a protoype for an MVP...

Always knowledgable, always kind....
He will confirm this problem.

Are you going to actually reply to my post? Or skip around it as usual?

Let's start with:

> I have seen hundreds of people having problem with this...

Hundreds? What happened to HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS!!!! You seem to be a liar
at best.

Then you can continue with:

> Ok can you please tell all the users of the world how to install it one by
> one yourself.....devote your whole life posting

Sure! You download it and install it. Done!

I'm guessing this has to do with your BS "educating the MVPs" post? That
issue is not wide spread. It's a security issue that is not found on all
installations. Once again you fail to find an achilles heel.

> on hundreds of thousands of forums informing them, because you seem

Oh please. When are you going to drop the drama queen act?

HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS!!!! Idiot.

> so smart and everyone else is dumb....

Who said these people are dumb? Man, your ignorance is through the roof!

> Sorry, there should be no special requirements needed for the flashplayer
> installation... no tricks... nil.

Yup and there isn't. It also shouldn't take people HOURS to install a video
card on Linux nor should they be redirected to an 8 page webpage for
instructions on how to do it nor should they have to down grade to an
existing version and WAIT for an update in order to move forward. But they
do. Wait... what was your point again?

I had messenger installed first. No problem. I suspect an OS upgrade
security problem.

Ah yes, you mean the post where your ignorance in comedy made you look like
a fool?

This one:

Oh adam! You're so utterly stupid it boggles my mind!

Maybe if you didn't have a stick up your butt and weren't so quick to prove
people wrong (which you do very poorly) you would have waited for a response
of YES it does float thus being all the proof we need to prove that it is in
fact a WITCH!

You fail at life.

And in that statement you demonstrate your ignorance. Just because someone
ADDS input of their own experience does NOT mean they are forcing you to the
assumption that there is no problem or shouldn't be a problem.

Being given additional data does not invalidate all prior data.

What the hell are you babbling about? How many times do you see a post
where some guys says blah, blah, blah, and the next guy says, oh, not
for me, implying the first guy doesn't know what he's talking about.

The guy often is called Justin, as Google confirms way too many times
for you to deny it. LOL!

Jim, I've already had an update for flash and I've not installed anything.
Guess it was already installed. I've had no problems.

Sorry to burst your bubble jim but this newbie hasn't had any problems with
using flash or anything else for that matter. I'm beginning to like
Vista..........sure it took me a couple months to get used to it but I like
it. Of course, I have Vista Ultimate so that might be why I like
it............since it is the best version.
