For some reason Vista Doesn't like them or won't play them... They will play in DVD player and Xp machine. I'm looking for a way to copy the dvd's for Friends and Family hopefully without buying any extra software.... Can you guys Help? Thanks Op |

| RE: Copy DVD (home movies) and Free With no messages, can't help you then. Sorry. I've played DVDs on my Vista system, both commercial & home burnt DVD (Both from a DVDR & form an XP Box) The only other thing I would guess is that the DVD your'e having problems with was NOT finalized (Closed) Some players will play non finalized DVDs, others won't "OpeXp" wrote: > None, > PS....VSH to DVD was recored with old machine that died. > > "Me Jarhead" wrote: > > > > > What exactly happens when you try to play the movies ? > > What error (If any) is returned ? > > > > "OpeXp" wrote: > > > > > Hey Guys, > > > I'm Using Vista x64 ultimate and want to copy some home movies that I had > > > burned to DVD from VSH.
