| How to disable 'Windows is checking for finding a solution to the problem" I've installed Visual Studio 2005, so whenever process has a exception such as access violation, VS Debugger can be attached. But, before watching "Debug" / "Close program" choice dialog, I'm always watching a little bothering windows message: [Window Title] Microsoft Windows [Main Instruction] %PROGRAM_NAME% has stopped working [Content] Windows is checking for a solution to the problem... [Cancel] Is there any way to stop popping this message box? Thanks |

| Re: How to disable 'Windows is checking for finding a solution to the problem" Go to Start Menu\Programs\Maintenance\Problem Reports and Solutions (or %SystemRoot%\system32\wercon.exe). Under Tasks, choose "Change settings". Then open "Advanced settings". There's a block list for applications, or you can turn off Problem Reporting altogether.
