Hauppage TV Card & Media Center

OK,

I upgraded my PC from XP to Vista Home Premium and everything was working
fine. Media Center tuned in just fine and everything else went great. (I
have sky and run from the media center PC to the sky box thru a scart
converter)

unfortunately something went wrong and i had to re install vista, but i had
to do a clean install from booting to the vista DVD. Obviously as ive done
this, i now dont have all my drivers I had b4. everything now seems to be
working - I did have to go buy another sound card as the one on the PC wasnt
being recognised. So I got a Creative one.

NOw I cant get the tv signal to tune into media center, I click S VIdeo and
I get audio but no picture.

What is it im missing? ive downloaded the vista drivers for both the
graphics card and the TV card so its not that. is it a codec or something?
Audio but no video seems odd.
