i have posted on this newsgroup several times but now i am getting spam
email from an msn account. this is the only place i use this email
(startrek.jackson@tiscali.co.uk) is there any way to contact msn to stop
this person i am getting one every 23 secs !!! so i need i phone number but
i cant see any

Since you posted your real, unmunged email on Usenet you will get even
more spam now. Put the spammer into your blocked senders list or create
a message rule for whatever email client you're using (Windows Mail?).
Go to your ISP's website and see what antispam tools they have available
for their subscribers.

That's easy. IF this is the only place you use this email account then
discard it and open a new one. When configuring your news reader, for your
email address enter something like: [email]djkfjdkls@thisisntreal.net[/email] that way
you will never get spam.
