| How to disable Hibernate There is a file called "hiberfiles.sys" at the root of the system drive which is about 2GB in size. I do not need the system to hibernate. So, how can I disable hibernate and remove the above file? I checked the Power Option settings as follows and hibernate option appears disabled. Power Option | Change plan settings | Change advanced power settings | Sleep | Hibernate after | Setting: Never Please help. |
