I have to be able to send emails, save them automatically and work from home -- not for long though this will cost me my job if I can not work within this operating system efficiently. I also understand that reinstalling I will lose all my data correct, that too is not an option, I will be out of a job HELP me please. First close WinMail, then use Task Manager to make sure there are no instances of it under applications or processes. Then click Start | Search | Advanced Search Check the box to include non-indexed, hidden and system files. In the Name field type WindowsMail.MSMessageStore and click the Search button. It should show you two copies. Delete both of them and re-open WinMail. -- Frank Saunders, MS-MVP OE/WM Do not send mail. |

| RE: Vista mail outbox message stuck I have one message stuck in my In-Box and now have one stuck in my Out-Box. I have talked to my local cable provider and Microsoft about the problem and got no help.I called Dell about the problem since I bought the system from them and they confirmed my problem and told me that Microsoft is working on the problem and will put solutions out thru Updates.
