Hello group

I have managed to install my Canon Digital Ixus v3 on Windows Vista Ultimate
using the Windows XP WIA drivers. When I connect the camera it appears under
"Scanners and Cameras" in the control panel. But what I don't understand is
whether or not the camera should appear as a drive letter or icon or
something else in the Windows Explorer?

What you see is what you should see. Windows Imaging does not do drives, it
does imaging devices.
