Pulsating Windows and Menus

Active windows on my desktop pulsating between active and active very two
seconds. Likewise popup menus, making it impossible to select menu
items.Any clues what I should look for?

Re: Pulsating Windows and Menus

Is there anything on your keyboard holding down the space key by chance when
this happens?

On one of my keyboards the space key is somewhat oddly placed so when I rest
my wrists I have issues with them sometimes holding it down.

No. Problem has rendered my system useless. I can't even type properly due
to the problem

Re: Pulsating Windows and Menus

Try booting into Safe Mode... see if the issue still exists.
