Windows Vista Crash [usbehci.sys]

I have final version of Windows Vista and it crashes all the time with a blue

“aka: the dummies guide to troubleshoot all Blue screen errors ..”
After running windbg.exe on my dump file I receive the following results:

SYMBOL_STACK_INDEX: 3

FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: 0x50_W_usbehci!EHCI_InitializeSchedule+41

BUCKET_ID: 0x50_W_usbehci!EHCI_InitializeSchedule+41

Here are my questions:
1. Can I assume on the results of windgb are accurately pinpoint my blue
screen problem?
2. If so, what are my next actions and their implications? I could not find
a lot on Google or this forum.

Any advise is greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Jan-Eric
