No files or data on IE 7 temporary Internet Files on standard acco

Ok i just notice that i don't see any files or data on temporary Internet
files on standard accounts. what i did was open internet properties and view
files and 0 items inside the temporary internet files folders. C:\Users\my
user name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\.

Can anyone check if this is normal behavior in standard account or Vista?

RE: No files or data on IE 7 temporary Internet Files on standard

I have the same issue, been with MS Tech support for a week - it seems to be
part of a larger problem with my install. Temporary solution is to turn off
user account control then all internet temp files are visable - else view the
temp internet folder thats reporting being empty and add \Low\Content.IE5 to
the explorer location and the temp files are divided around 6 directories at
that location

RE: No files or data on IE 7 temporary Internet Files on standard

Further to my last I was typing rubbish

With IE7 running in protected mode temp internet files location -
C:\Users\my user name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet
Files\Low\Content.IE5

IE7 NOT running in protected mode temp internet files location -
C:\Users\my user name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet
Files\
