| How do you change file name extension in File/Dir Explorer? It was the same issue with File/Dir Explorer in XP and now the same in Vista. How do you change the 3-letter file name extension for any file? In XP, I used to run command window and do it manually from command line. How do you access command window in Vista anyway? |
