Adele,

Right-Click you desktop, choose Desktop Background, in the location dropdown
there is now an option for Windows DreamScene Content.

Re: WINDOWS DREAMSCENE PREVIEW

Dreamscene lets you use a mpg for a background on your desktop. Look under
Desktop Background in the Personalization Control Panel.

Careful. She'll scold you for assuming she didn't Google it first. I'm still
smarting from her snide response, which she e-mailed for some unknown reason,
although addressed to the "guys" not just me.

Here's her e-mail (I just want the rest of you to get credit for helping her,
where I obviously didn't):

Subject: Re: WINDOWS DREAMSCENE PREVIEW

Ok guys thanks so much for your help it came up.. Very cool application.
The google response was totally unhelpfull. Do you think that I dont search
this before researching.

Adele,

In addition to the other response you have received either telling you
what the Extra is or how to find out about it, there is one small
fact that you should also consider.
Just because something is made available to you it does not
necessarily mean you either need or even should install it UNTIL you
know what it is and may do for/to your machine.
For example one of the other extras relates to BitLocker - now
incorrect use of this will render your PC is a state where you will
never be able to access the hard drive contents/your data again.
So while Dreamscene is harmless (except for the use of CPU power etc)
in future you may want to either ask here or do an appropriate search
or even just read the description of what the update is on the Window
Update page before you install something.

That's OK.

I'll just ask her why she asked the question if she's already Googled it ;-)

Here's the best description I've come across so far.

A: Because it messes up the order in which people normally read text.
Q: Why is top-posting such a bad thing?
