Visual Studio Compatabilty.

In all seriousness,

How can an operating system from the providers of the software Visual
Studio, not be able to function with the operating system. Terrible Times.

Because Microsoft can do whatever they want. After all, the United States
is a wholly owned subsidary of Microsoft!!!
