I'm using Vista Business 32-bit English version.

There is a bug on weather gadget in Windows Sidebar as you can google
hundreds posting related this problem.

Weather gadget works well when no regional settings changed. However,
once after changing 'Language for non-Unicode programs' to other than
English, the weather gadget shows 'Service not available'.

I've tried to change wls-blah.dll as many posts, but then the gadget
shows endless 'connecting...'.

Does Microsoft aware of this bug? How much times do we have to wait
for this patch?
