| Re: AVG Free now Vista-ready After installation of avg75free_441a944.exe, you will see, at the bottom of both the control center and test center windows, that it is version 7.5.441. Why it says otherwise on the webpage, I'm not sure. | Re: AVG Free now Vista-ready Yeah, sure. Can't speak to the x64 aspect of it, but... I wouldn't use SAV on my personal PC's anymore. (I have one PC with a SAV subscription; when it expires, I'm going elsewhere. Same with my other PC currently running a McAffee subscription.) I'd go, probably, with Avast. And if Avast weren't available, then I'd go with AVG.
